Thousands around the country and around the world have been taking part in Darkness into Light overnight and early this morning at numerous locations in Co Wicklow.
Early morning walkers were on the move in Bray, Wicklow, Arklow, Blessington, Baltinglass and Tinahely. The event, sponsored by Electric Ireland, took place for the first time since 2019 and raises much needed funds for Pieta House.

What an amazing morning. A heartfelt thank you to all the committees, volunteers, supporters, Pieta staff and our sponsors @ElectricIreland.
