• Office Administrator required for busy Bray based office for a 6 Month contract 

  The ideal candidate will

  • Have excellent IT Skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
  • Have the ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly
  • Ideally have previous experience in a similar role
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Willingness to learn more about the industry
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team

  Experience using accounting software Evolution MX is advantageous but not a requirement.

  This position is Mon to Fri full time hours for approx 6 month starting in May ideally
