• Advertisement for Nursing Home Secretary/Administrator

  This is a fulltime job 39hrs/week
  Experience is required
  Reception:
  Phone,
  Emails for Residents and Nursing Home
  Post and Newspapers for Residents and Nursing Home.
  Welcomes Visitors -Visitors Book, Implement Protocols as required.
  Forms and docs for daily use in NH and keep notice boards up to date
  Orders office supplies and checks deliveries. Maintenance of office equipment.
  Administration:
  Official correspondence – Enquiries NHI/HSE/HIQA PIC Service Companies etc
  Maintenance of Staff files.
  Submits relevant forms to HIQA as required.
  Staff Mandatory Training Matrix updates
  Maintain educational materials and makes them available as needed.
  Type letters and forms as needed
  Manages documents for interviews and Garda Vetting
  Updates Statement of Purpose and Residents Guide as necessary
  Assist with monthly Time & Attendance records for submission to the finance department.
  Preparation and upkeep of regulatory documents.

  Van Drivers/ Parts Advisors for branches in Rathnew/ Arklow & Dundrum 

  Job Responsibilities:

  Pick orders for delivery to customers and load company vehicles

  Re-stock the branch shelves with incoming orders and over-night deliveries

  Check-off incoming stock against supplier advice/goods-inward notes

  Assist with stock checking and stock counting

  Complete weekly vehicle checklist and keep company vehicle presentable

  Assist with keeping motor factor branch presentable

  Other duties assigned by branch manager

  Skill Requirements:

  Honest,professional,responsible,accurate,efficient,punctual,andfriendly.

  Experience Required:

  1-2 Years employment in the motor factor industry, full/clean Drivers Licence

  Educational Requirements:

  PC Literate

  to join our team on a part time basis. If you would like to work in a fast paced, dynamic

  Based at our offices on Killarney Road Bray, the role involves selling airtime and online
  packages to a wide and varied clientele.

  
  The right candidate will have good organisational skills, good computer skills, a great
  personality and sales ability in abundance!
  Previous telesales experience is a must.

  
  The hours are 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday.
