3 broadband points in Wicklow are part of 50 new connection points now live across the country, as part of the National Broadband Plan.
They've been installed in numerous locations, including community centres, libraries and GAA facilities, to provide free high-speed internet connection at publicly-accessible sites
It's expected 200 of these internet points will be set up by the end of the year across the country, allowing people to work remotely, study and complete digital skills training.
