Two Held In Dublin Following Car Chase Along The M50

A man and a woman were arrested yesterday following a car chase in Dublin.

At around 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon a car failed to stop for gardaí who were investigating a robbery at a pharmacy in Dundrum.
The car then travelled Northbound along the M50 before being stopped at Balbutcher Lane in Ballymun a short time later.
A man in his 30s and a woman in her 20s, were arrested and two young children in the car were taken to safety.
No one was injured and around 300 worth of cosmetic products were recovered from the vehicle.
