While many people are left wondering if they will have a job to return to after the lockdown measures imposed because of Covid-19, politicians and senior civil servants are set to receive pay increases in July, pushing a T.D.’s salary over €100,000, with a further 1% increase in October.
Senators are also in for an increase bringing their salary to over €70,000.
