After delayed construction caused by the Covid restrictions, Lidl Ireland will finally open its new €12 million store on the Boghall Road in Bray today.
The store will be officially opened by Wicklow ladies’ football captain, Sarah Jane Winders, just days after her team won the all Ireland Junior Football championship.
Up to 30 permanent jobs will be created at the company's latest outlet.
To mark the new store opening, management at Lidl Bray have chosen local charity, Purple House Cancer Support, to benefit from a €1,000 donation being presented at today's opening.
