New Campaign To Combat Littering Launched In Wicklow Schools

A new virtual campaign is being rolled out to secondary schools across Wicklow in a bid to educate and raise awareness of issues surrounding litter and the impact it can have on communities.

The new virtual show from the group "Bin It" will run in over 25 secondary schools across the county, allowing teachers to facilitate lessons that focus on the science and behaviour behind littering and what can be done to change people's attitudes.

Videos, lesson plans and all other educational resources will be made available to download and integrate into lesson plans here.
