A 42 year old Wexford man appeared before Gorey district court yesterday charged with the murder of a Polish national four months ago.
43 year old Przemyslaw Klimczuk died after being found with critical injuries at the Ashbrook Estate outside Enniscorthy on the 1st of May of this year. 42 year old David Bolger of Irish Street in Enniscorthy, appeared before Gorey District Court yesterday charged with murder.
The accused was remanded in custody to appear again, via video link, at Cloverhill District Court next Tuesday.
