Gardaí seized approximately €75,000 of suspected cocaine and arrested one man during searches conducted as part of Operation Tara in the Rathnew area on Thursday 14th September.
Gardaí attached to the Bray Drugs Unit, along with Wicklow detective and uniform members, conducted a search at a property this morning. Over the course of this search, cocaine was seized, along with two replica firearms, and drugs paraphernalia.
The suspected drugs will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
One male (30’s) was arrested in connection with this seizure.
He has since been charged and appeared earlier this afternoon before Bray District Court, where he was remanded in custody.
Gardai say their Investigations are ongoing.
