A London based investor in healthcare properties has been contracted to provide funding for the acquisition and construction of a primary care centre in Arklow in south Wicklow.
According to the Irish Times, the property is due for completion at the end of 2021at a cost of €18 million.
It’s understood the HSE has signed a 30 year lease with Primary Health Properties and a GP practice for use of the centre in the town.
In a statement the firm said once complete, the centre will support the HSE's strategy of healthcare provision in Ireland.
