Management at Easi Access Transport C.L.G. in Bray, which is better known as Easicabs and Homelink, have confirmed that operations have ceased from the 15th of March.
Easy cab provides transport for people with disabilities, while homelink provides people to carry out work such as gardening or light duty repairs for a nominal fee to those physically unable to carry out the work.
The directors say clients and service users will be written to over the next few days.
Between 15 and 20 full and part time staff will be impacted by the closure.
However some staff members have told East Coast News that they are angry at the way they were informed about the decision which they say came as a complete surprise.
