The army bomb squad has carried out a controlled explosion on viable suspect devices in Gorey in County Wexford.
Gardaí found a number of suspect objects at a home earlier today during a planned search targeting criminal activity.
The bomb squad attended the scene which is still sealed off for a technical examination.
A gun, along with a large amount of ammunition, was also seized along with cocaine.
A woman her 30s has been arrested and is being held at a Garda Station in the south-east.
