The former head of the Sláintecare reform office has refused to appear before an Oireachtas Committee to discuss her resignation.
Laura Magahy resigned from the project a number of weeks ago along with Professor Tom Keane, citing the slow rate of progress within the health reform plan.
According to the The Irish Times, Ms Magahy yesterday informed the Health Committee she was unable to attend
