According to new figures from the CSO Yearbook, on average Wicklow men wait until they are 38 before they say their 'I dos.'
That's followed by Wexford, Waterford and Kerry where the average age of a groom is 37.
Monaghan grooms are the youngest in the country, where the average age for men to walk down the aisle at 34.
