Residents of nursing homes and families are concerned about the rise in the number of covid 19 cases at the facilities.
Sage Advocacy says some providers have introduced new restrictions and aren't sticking to the HSE guidelines.
It says this is being done without confirming a covid outbreak in a facility and some re-introduced window-only visits.
