It’s part of the plan to eventually wind up the Dublin based charity, which found itself in the spotlight amid allegations of sexual assault against its founder.
The charity’s former Chief Executive and Independent Dublin City Councillor, Anthony Flynn, died in August while the complaints were being investigated.
Today’s successful High Court application was brought by the Charities Regulator.
A full hearing on the winding up of the charity is due to take place next month.
