Routes 45a, 184 and 185 which serve Bray, Enniskerry, Kilmacanogue, Greystones and Newtownmountkennedy have been plagued by a growing number of delays and cancellations in recent months.
The National Transport Authority will meet later this month to review the Go-Ahead Ireland contract.
The contract, which is scheduled to run until October 2023, can be extended to October 2024.
