The new owners of Cooaltin House in Shillelagh are believed to be looking at restoring the historic property.
The country house in West Wicklow was put on the market in November last year with an asking price of €975,000.
The Georgian mansion with 15 bedrooms is a protected structure and stands on 21 acres of parklands.
Coollattin Golf Club bought the house and 60 acres in 1995 to extend the course to 18 holes.
