A 32 year old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of another man in South Dublin.
This morning 32 year old Andrew Lacey of Riverside Loughlinstown appeared before Judge Anne Watkin at Dun Laoghaire District Court charged with the murder of Derek Reddin.
Detective Garda Stephen Byrne told the court the accused made no reply to the charge when he was cautioned.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Cloverhill District Court on Friday via video link.
