The 53 year old man from Dublin but with a current address at the Midlands Prison, faces prosecution on two offences.
He is in custody for unrelated offences, and was arrested this morning.
He's charged with making a false report, giving rise to "apprehension for the safety of persons or property".
He denied the allegations at Dublin District Court today.
Judge Michael Connellan granted a return-for-trial order, sending the man forward to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
Taoiseach Harris has previously said that he believes that people’s families and homes should be out of bounds and that it was not appropriate for protests to be held there.
