Dr Regine Grah is due back before the High Court tomorrow morning.
The Bray-based GP, who operated the Silver Oak Family Practice in Ballywaltrim Heights, was suspended earlier this month, following an urgent application by the Medical Council.
Serious concerns were raised regarding patient safety, with high-volume prescribing of controlled drugs.
GP continued to practise medicine and write prescriptions, while also not having professional indemnity insurance, despite an active court order suspending her being issued on 17 July.
Dr Grah, a native of Côte d’Ivoire, qualified as a doctor in Romania in January 2018 and has been registered to work in Ireland since February 2018.
She has been operating her own private general practice at the Silver Oak Family Practice in Ballywaltrim Heights, Bray, Co Wicklow for the past year.
The high court lifted the in-camera rule on August 7th to allow her to be named publicly.
