A developer is seeking approval to develop almost 600 homes in North Wicklow.
Carin Homes has submited a fast-track strategic housing development application to An Bord Pleanala in relation to a 26 hectare site at Coolagad in Greystones.
Local Councillor Jodie Neary says the proposed development is not considering concerns of those living in the area.
