The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has welcomed new figures that show Wicklow with the lowest incidence rates of COVID 19 in the country.
The garden county has a 14-day incidence rate of just 170.6 and a seven-day rate of 68.8, which is over half less than the next lowest county in the country.
