Gardai in Gorey have appealed for witnesses to what has been described as an occurrence at a lay-by in the Southbound lane of the M11, South of Arklow, just past the new service station.
A white saloon car, possibly a Mercedes, was observed parked in the lay-by at approximately 5.30pm yesterday evening, which Gardaí say they are anxious to identify and speak with the male driver.
