EU leaders will discuss a vaccine export ban when they meet at the Council of Europe summit on Thursday.
The Commission's been putting pressure on AstraZeneca -- which it says has been meeting its contract with Britain but not the EU.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is set to lobby EU leaders this week to try and stop the ban.
But the EU says the move is ensure AstraZeneca lives up to its supply commitments to Europe.
