Consultants acting on behalf of Wicklow County Council are currently carrying out several surveys and reports to determine the feasibility of plans for a greenway from Wicklow town to Greystones. This news comes after Stage 1 funding of €350,000 from Transport Infrastructure Ireland was awarded to the Greystones to Wicklow Greenway in December. The coastal route is approximately 20km in length extending between the southern end of the Bray to Greystones cliff walk at Greystones harbour to the Murrough Car Park at Wicklow.
