Chris DeBurgh Puts Wicklow Home On The Market

His 19th century country home in Wicklow is on the market for in excess of €12.5 million.

Set in 27 acres, Bushey Park in Enniskerry boasts eight bedrooms and six principal reception rooms along with a two-storey, 12,000 sq ft leisure complex with a screening room, games room and indoor swimming pool.

The property also includes a guest house and gate lodge.

The singer and his wife purchased the Georgian House in 1996, and spent seven years on a refurbishment project, that included adding substantial buildings to the property

In an interview published by Bloomberg the singer said since his two sons and daughter have grown up and moved on, the property is now just too big for himself and his wife Diane.

The couple are planning to return to live in their Dalkey home, which has recently undergone extensive renovation works.
