Contactless payments are to increase from thirty to fifty euro to help people avoid cash.
Stamp duty on credit cards will be suspended until July 1st.
Normally Revenue collects the 30 euro stamp duty on April 1st.
People with credit cards don't need to take any action as the collection date will change automatically.
