Stuart Quiney, who's from Laragh, is facing cybercrime charges over messages he sent last year, while living in Ireland.
The 39-year-old, sent what are being called 'threatening' emojis to a Belgian man, who he accused of taking his belongings from an apartment in Dubai in 2022.
