A Wicklow business leader has been shortlisted for one of Ireland’s most prominent entrepreneurship awards.
James Kelly, managing director and co-owner of LMH Engineering, has been shortlisted for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. He’s one of 23 finalists nominated.
The 28th Annual EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 27 at Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry.
Kelly will compete alongside entrepreneurs from across Ireland in the ‘Emerging’, ‘Established’ and ‘International’ categories. One overall winner will be crowned EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2025.
The overall winner will go on to represent Ireland at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Monaco in June 2026.
Praising Kelly’s nomination, organisers said he
“embodies the strength of entrepreneurship in Wicklow”.
The EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme supports a community of more than 680 entrepreneurs across Ireland, who together generate €28 billion in revenues and employ over 275,000 people.
