A County Wicklow couple have failed in a High Court appeal challenging enforcement proceedings against them, after building a shed workshop next to their house without planning permission.
Mr Justice Seamus Noonan rejected an appeal by the couple over the structure which is adjacent to their house at Kilmurry Lower in Baltinglass.
Jean Tompkins and Liam Lee failed to prove the two-storey structure was built more than seven years before the local council brought proceedings against them.
