Council management says all Wicklow County Council Libraries are closed to the public, while the Bray, Arklow, Greystones and Wicklow Swimming Pools are also closed, as is Wicklow Gaol.
County Council management says while the county Buildings are open, members of the public are being asked to make contact with the Council by phone and email, or where possible, to submit applications for services such as Planning by post.
