It’s being organised by Extinction Rebellion, who say it’s to send a message to Governments worldwide that action on climate change is critically needed.
Protestors are blocking lanes of traffic from crossing O’Connell Bridge, which is leading to disruption for traffic.
Organisers say they are sympathetic to people who will be impacted, but added that it is necessary to send a message.
