The man, in his 50's, was pronounced dead after emergency services were called to the scene at Turlough Hill, shortly after 12.30pm.
It's the 78th death on Irish roads so far this year and the 10th collision involving a motorbike.
The local coroner has been notified and arrangements are being made for a post-mortem examination.
Any road users who have camera footage from the area at the time of the crash are asked to make it available to Gardaí.
