Plans for the development of a primary care centre in Arklow have been further delayed.
A new planning application has been submitted to Wicklow County Council by the purchasers of the site at Castle Park, despite planning being granted for the project in January this year.
Action Health Enterprises, the company awarded the contracts to provide the facilities announced in April that it would be pulling out of the project.
