The parents of the couple who had married in Armagh yesterday morning had refused to remove the Marquee, at Burton Park on the Leopardstown Road, which was set out to host up to sixty guests.
But Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council secured permission to remove it, before the event took place, with the judge saying the gathering would break Covid guidelines.
