The NTA has moved to clarify some elements of the Greater Dublin Area transport strategy published earlier this week.The 20 year plan sets out proposals for improving cycling and walking facilities, and extending the bus, rail and road network. In a statement the authority says Luas extensions to Bray, Poolbeg and Lucan are not being deferred, while the Metrolink project is still scheduled to go to planning next year.DART services are also to be further extended, beyond what is currently proposed under DART+ to places like Wicklow, Kilcock and Sallins.
