Former Kildare U20’s All Ireland winning manager Davy Burke has been confirmed as the Wicklow senior football manager.
He was believed to be in line to succeed Cian O’Neill as the Kildare manager, but that job went to Jack O’Connor.
Burke was ratified as Wicklow senior manager at the county’s GAA Board meeting last night, succeeding John Evans.
