There's been a 75 per cent increase in drug related crime in the Tallaght-Whitechurch area of Dublin since 2018.

A new report commissioned by the Addiction Task Force services in Tallaght has found the number of people being treated for crack cocaine use in the area, is among the highest in the country. .Front line community addiction services say they're struggling to cope, and estimate they are only reaching a quarter of those who need treatment.
