The Minister for Health Wicklow TD Stephen Donnelly has announced that 2-point-25 million euro in funding has been allocated to LauraLynn Children's Hospice.
The south Dublin facility for children with life-limiting conditions will receive a 1.5 million euro increase to its annual core funding from 2021 onwards and a 750-thousand euro once-off allocation this year.
The funding will support the delivery of palliative care services including respite and end-of-life care, homecare, family and bereavement support.
