John McCann a father of seven from Greenfort Gardens in Clondalkin, was originally from Stratford-on-Slaney, Wicklow.
He was carrying out contract work at offices in Ringsend last Monday afternoon, when he fell from the roof and down a shaft of a multi-storey building.
