The Government failed to deliver on its own targets for the number of social and affordable homes built last year.
The Housing for All plan had aimed to deliver 13-thousand 130 new social homes nationwide in 2023.
However, final figures show 11,939 homes were delivered by local authorities and Approved Housing Bodies last year.
This includes 412 new build homes by Wicklow County Council.
