Go Ahead have said a comprehensive plan needs to be put in place to improve the public transport network in Bray.
A recent council meeting heard a number of options will be considered, including banning cars from a section of the main street.
The company is looking to improve their services after the NTA fined the company just over €526,000 for failing to provide a full service for commuters on dates between July 2021 and June 2022.
During this time, routes 45a, 184 and 185 didn't meet expected standards which serve Bray, Enniskerry, Kilmacanogue, Greystones and Newtownmountkennedy in North Wicklow.
The contract currently held by Go Ahead is due to expire in 2023.
