Gardaí seized almost €60,000 worth of drugs in Carlow and Wexford this week, under Operation Thor.
A car was stopped at a checkpoint in Hacketstown in Carlow, border just after midday yesterday and during a search of the vehicle Gardai found around €40,000 worth of cannabis and €2,000 worth of cocaine.
The two men from Wexford, a 34-year-old and a 43-year old were detained
240 grams of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of €17,000 was seized during a follow up search at a house in Gorey in North Wexford.
A male in his 30s was arrested at the scene and questioned at Gorey Garda Station
