Frustrations Raised Over Future Of Glendalough Masterplan

Frustration continues over a lack of updates on the Glendalough Masterplan and the old Ashford Garda Station.

The plan, initiated in 2019, aims to encourage more tourists to visit the area outside seasonal peaks and improve the visitor experience.

Meanwhile the old Ashford Garda Station was announced in 2022 as part of a package to redevelop a number of vacant properties into community hubs.
