The Department of Education says it expects work on an extension and refurbishment of Saint David’s Secondary School in Greystones will begin this coming summer.  

Planning permission was granted by the county council in 2016 and includes a new sports centre, five new classrooms, a new technology room and a media room.

Archetectural planning for the development is at an advanced stage and is expected to be submitted to the Department shortly, which will then see the project go tender
