Dublin City Council says it's saddened to hear of the death of Councillor Anthony Flynn. The 35-year-old was found dead at a property in East Wall yesterday afternoon.
He founded the charity Inner City Helping Homeless in 2013 and was elected to Dublin City Council in 2019.
He was suspended from the charity last week, after "serious matters" came to the attention of the board.
In a statement last night, Inner City Helping Homeless said it was committed to continue the necessary work begun by Anthony.
