House prices in Wicklow in the final three months of 2022 were 7 per cent higher compared to the same time last year.
This latest report from Daft.ie shows the average price of a home in the county is now €409,000, 16 % below its Celtic Tiger peak.
Prices rose nationwide by 6.1% during 2022.
This compares with increases of 8.1% in 2021 and 7.7% in 2020.
The data also shows the average asking price in Dublin city was just over €425,000
The figures from Daft are released after research from Myhome.ie found property prices in Wicklow fell by €4,000 during the last quarter of 2022.
