The scheme involves the upgrade of the N81 National Secondary Road at Knockroe Bend situated approximately 800 metres south of Hollywood Cross over 1 kilometre.
It’s hoped the upgrade will improve road standards, implement an improvement in the road safety performance of this section of the N81 and reduce the occurrence of collisions by realigning and widening the road in the area.
Site works are expected to take up to 18 months to complete.
