The next round of public consultation on the preferred route option for the N11/M11 upgrade has been extended by two weeks until Monday the 4th of October.
The project team has been considering various proposals and has selected the ‘Red Corridor’, which is less focused on an expansion of the main route, with more priority given to major investment in local roads.
A new parallel local road network will be developed between junction 5 Bray North and Junction 8 Kilmacanogue, with additional bus services for commuters to and from Dublin.
Residents, landowners and community groups can make submissions through an online portal at n11m11.ie
